1. Why did you choose to commit to this college?
I really felt as though Wesleyan University was a perfect match for me on and off the field. Wesleyan has a fantastic reputation academically and I am a fan of the small school environment. I also felt as though Wesleyan’s lacrosse team is extremely competitive and that the team would allow me to compete for a national title. All in all, everything seemed to be a perfect fit at Wesleyan.
2. What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone younger than you, going through the same process?
Don’t settle for any average school! Keep looking until you have found the perfect school for you.
3. What was your favorite part about playing for the FLG lacrosse program?
The friendships that I made on the lacrosse field through FLG were my favorite part of the program. I will always remember the Saturdays and Sundays spent on and off the field with some of my best friends.
4. What peaks your interest outside of school and lacrosse?
I am a fanatic of Chance the Rapper and all of the music he puts out. I spend a lot of my free time listening to his music.
5. If you were stranded on a deserted island and you can only have one thing, what would it be (you have food and water)?
I would bring a boat to help get me off the island.
6. If you had to choose one super power to have, what would it be and why?
I would choose to have the ability to fly so that I could travel the world.
7. What are some of your pregame rituals and/or game day superstitions?
I always have a bacon egg and cheese from Manhasset Deli on game day to fuel me during the game.
8. What is your favorite surface to play on? Turf or grass?
I am personally a fan of a nicely cut grass field because it is easier on the joints.
9. What is your favorite breakfast meal?
My father’s homemade French toast.

Eli Manning

Hip-Hop
