Mitchel Field Athletic Complex Weather Policy (Get from Trish Hood @ Nassau County Parks & Recreation)

FLG Lacrosse Weather Contingency Plan

Rain delays if Mitchel Field has not closed their fields:

3 hours or less: When the weather clears, we will pick up where we left off.

Example: If it rains from 1-4pm the 1pm games will start at 4pm and everything will be pushed back 3 hours.

3 hours or more: When the weather clears, we will play games by using an accelerated game schedule. Games will be shortened to the appropriate length so that we can stay on schedule for finishing the tournament on time and get every scheduled game in.
