FLG Box Training
Winter, 2015/16The FLG box lacrosse training allows players to expand their knowledge of the game by exposing them to all styles of play. Over an eight-week period, boys & girls from 3rd through 12th grade will have an opportunity to work on a variety of abilities, such as picking, screening, cutting and scoring of rebounds, skills they may not normally focus on. The first four weeks are run like a clinic with drills, hands-on coaching and competitive small area game play. The box tournament takes place during the final four weeks, concluding with Championships and an All Star Game on the last day. Boys Box Lax Training / Girls Box Lax Training
FLG Boys Premier Showcase

FLG Spring Shootout – Youth Tournament
June 11th & 12th, 2016
This highly competitive tournament brings some of the most talented young players in the tri-state area all to one field. Throughout the weekend, boys and girls from 3rd through 8th grade will compete in both pool and championship play. Championship seeding will be determined on how a team performs in pool play. The tournament will take place at the Mitchell Field Athletic Complex in Uniondale. For more information, please visit the FLG Lacrosse website.
FLG Big X Classic
June 25th & 26th, 2016
The FLG Big Ten Classic is a team recruiting tournament with the top club teams in the nation competing against one another in front of college coaches.
FLG Legit Boys Showcase
June 27th thru June 29th, 2016
The FLG Boys Legit Showcase is a two-day showcase event held at LIU Post – Long Island University, Brookville, Long Island, for the top rising freshman, sophomore, junior and senior lacrosse players.

FLG Legit Girls Showcase
July 5th thru July 7th, 2016
The best uncommitted rising freshman, sophomore, junior and senior high school lacrosse players from across the country will participate in this FLG Individual Showcase – the FLG Girls Legit Showcase. On Day 1, collegiate coaches will run a pre-draft evaluation session. Teams of 18 to 21 players, for each age group, will be drafted to compete against each other. The best players at the event, in each age group, will participate in All-star games at night on Day 2. Part of the pre-draft evaluation session will have an impact on the All-star selections. The final day will consist of playoffs, championships and coaches awards. Being that this is a 3-day event, players will stay in the LIU Post Campus dorms, eat in the cafeterias and participate in on-campus activities. Also, college lacrosse coaches will working and watching the event everyday – making the Legit Girls Showcase the ultimate recruiting experience.

FLG Summer Camp – FLG Select and Non Select Players
Summer, 2016
FLG Camp teaches children the fundamentals of lacrosse in a positive, yet competitive, atmosphere. This week-long summer program helps children sharpen their skills while having fun. Campers are split up into teams and compete to earn points throughout the week. Find out more about FLG summer camp.
FLG in 3D Summer Shootout – Youth & Recruiting Tournament

Two of the country’s premier lacrosse clubs, 3D Lacrosse and FLG Lacrosse, have joined forces to present FLG in 3D Recruiting Tournaments (Summer & Fall Showcases).Top club teams from different regions of the country spend a weekend competing against each other in a high-level tournament that includes college coaches from Divisions I, II and III, All-Star Games in each division, vendor village — all in a quality tournament set in beautiful surroundings.
