FLG Lacrosse is a Long Island girls lacrosse club. We field select teams from kindergarten through high school, out of Huntington and the surrounding towns.

A club, not a showcase circuit
FLG began in 2011 as a boys and girls program and is now girls-only. Players come to us at different points and for different reasons. Some are chasing a college roster spot. Some want to play with their friends and get better. The programme is built so both are served by the same practices.
