What you would actually do
FLG hires junior and assistant coaches to work alongside our head coaches at camps, clinics, select team practices and tournament days. You run stations, shape small-sided games, and coach players a few years younger than you.
It is a real job with real pay. It is also one of the few jobs where the whole point is to make a younger player better than she was in September.
You do not need to have coached before

What we do ask: show up on time, be all-in for the hours you are there, and take the certification seriously.

Practices, tournament days and camps each have a set rate, paid on a schedule.
Trained, not thrown in
Every FLG coach completes the Level 1 certification before her first paid event. FLG covers it.
Flexible
You choose the events you are available for: season-long, summer-only, or a few weekends.
