FLG Summer Camp

Description

The FLG Girls Summer Lacrosse Camp is an elite, high-intensity three-day camp held at Veterans Park in East Northport. Designed for players who want to elevate their game, this camp delivers 2 hours per day of competitive lacrosse drills, position-specific training, games, and high-energy competition — coached by FLG’s elite staff and top guest coaches from Division I programs. Players in the 2036 (rising 3rd grade) and 2037 (rising 2nd grade) graduation years will be evaluated for placement on FLG Select teams.

Camp Format & Rules

Each grade will be assigned 1 Camp Director and a group of camp counselors who are collegiate lacrosse players with ties to FLG Lacrosse. The amount of counselors that are in each age group will depend on the amount of campers in that age group. Each day, Directors will receive an itinerary with lacrosse drills, color war activities.

Trainer

We will have a trainer on staff every day of camp. The trainer will assist with injuries, allergies, water jug refills and much more. If your son or daughter has a specific allergy or condition that the camp should know about, please see the trainer on the first day of camp and let them know. They will make sure to hold onto your child’s medicine through the duration of the camp.
