- Fall: 20 team practices, 2 tournaments, top-tier 7v7 league
- Winter: 14 indoor team sessions, 14 positional training sessions, 14 speed & agility sessions with Victory Sports Performance, LILJ Winter League
- Spring/Summer: 30+ practices, 5 tournaments, 3-day summer camp

FLG’s goalie program — led by former USA national team goalie coach Lisa Christiansen — is among the best in the region. All goalies who make a select team receive a custom Cascade goalie helmet, exclusive training sessions throughout the year, Zoom development sessions, and alumni mentorship connections.
🎽 A Complete Player Experience
FLG Select Team players receive a full custom gear package: reversible jersey, game shorts, sweatshirt, sweat pants, shooting shirt, and backpack. Training sites include Destination KP in Kings Park and Town of Huntington Fields. Players become part of a genuine lacrosse community with lifelong relationships.
