Your daughter’s recruiting coach is an active Division II head coach. Not a retired coach, not a recruiting consultant — a head coach who is recruiting right now, with relationships at every level of the game.

Dawn Sachs
Girls Director of Recruiting
FLG's Girls Director of Recruiting and the active head women's lacrosse coach at Mercy University, now in her 14th season.
- 2× NCAA Division II National Champion as a player
- Head women's lacrosse coach at Mercy University, 14 seasons, 139–79
- 5× ECC Conference Coach of the Year, including 2025
- 4 NCAA Tournament appearances
When Dawn calls a programme on behalf of your daughter, she is calling as a peer. Those calls get answered.
The work, not the promises
An honest assessment
Your daughter’s realistic college options, at every level.
A target list built on fit
Academic, athletic and geographic — not a wish list.
Direct contact with coaches
Dawn calls programmes on your daughter’s behalf.
The calendar and the timeline
What happens when, and what to send.
Visits and commitment
Preparing for official and unofficial visits, and the decision itself.
Where she gets seen
LILJ events
Corey Winkoff is Head of Staffing for the Long Island Lacrosse Journal Open Series events, which bring Division I, II and III coaches in to work with and evaluate players. Structured evaluation, not just exposure.
Showcase tournaments
FLG competes at regional tournaments where college coaches actively scout. Our staff know which events matter and which do not.
The St. Anthony’s connection
Corey Winkoff coaches inside the St. Anthony’s High School girls varsity programme, a nationally recognised college pipeline.
An active head coach network
Dawn’s own Division II programme means peer-to-peer relationships with college staffs at every level.
Where FLG players have committed
Counted from the commit list itself, so it is never out of date.
