FLG Alumni Feature: Miller’s Sophomore Spring
Matt Miller, Quinnipiac junior attacker, was just getting into a groove before his spring sophomore season was curtailed by Covid-19. As a sophomore in 2020, Miller played in all six games, starting in five of them. Before the season ended, he scored five goals, gathered four ground balls, and had four assists and caused turnovers.

Beth Vogelsang is FLG’s newest coach for the class of 2026 girl’s team. By day, Vogelsang works as a physical education teacher in the Huntington school district. String King Game of the Week – The Place Where Many Paths Meet
Comsewogue, which translates to “The Place Where Many Paths Meeting,” will house a battle between two power house programs in Suffolk County. NCAA Highlighted First Year- Week 3
Pj Clementi, from Huntington NY, Harborfields High School is making major contributions for Amherst College in his first year as a Mammoth. The offensive middie is showing that he is ready for the collegiate level, having four multiple point game contests, and 22 points on the year.

New York State Regional Championships – The Preliminary Tryout Round
The New York State Regional Championships is a new event that is and will be a great opportunity for New York State High School lacrosse players to represent their region, Nassau, Suffolk, Parochial, NYC, Hudson Valley, Adirondack, Central or Western, and compete for a State Championship to see what region has the best lacrosse players
