Leigh brings outstanding coaching expertise and an elite-level commitment to player development to the FLG 2037 program. She pushes players to elevate their game in every session, developing the technical skills, competitive drive, and lacrosse IQ that separate good players from truly elite ones.
Kim Davino
Coach
Kim contributes a wealth of lacrosse knowledge and high-level coaching experience to the FLG 2037 program. She demands excellence in every rep — accelerating skill development, building athletic confidence, and pushing players to compete at a level that sets them apart.
PJ DiConza
Coach
PJ brings relentless intensity, elite technical expertise, and a player-first approach to the FLG 2037 team. His demanding coaching style challenges every athlete to be better — faster, smarter, and tougher — each and every session.
Paul Macerino
Coach
Paul rounds out the FLG 2037 coaching staff with deep lacrosse knowledge, championship experience, and a fierce dedication to helping every player reach and exceed her full potential. He brings a high standard of excellence to everything he does on and off the field.
The FLG 2037 Select Team is built for the most competitive young players on Long Island — athletes who are hungry to grow, serious about the game, and ready to be pushed by some of the best coaches around. Led by Pete Trombino, Leigh Motley, Kim Davino, PJ DiConza, and Paul Macerino, this program trains year-round with a championship mindset and a culture rooted in accountability, toughness, and team-first mentality.

Our goalies receive dedicated development training from elite coaching staff throughout the year, giving them the specialized attention and tools they need to excel at the position.
