The FLG 2028 Navy is a high-level select team for Class of 2028 players committed to excellence on and off the field. This program combines rigorous skill development, elite coaching, and direct college recruiting support to help every athlete maximize their potential and earn the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.

Rob brings a wealth of coaching experience and an intense commitment to player development to the FLG 2028 Navy program. He pushes every player to compete at a high level while building the technical skills and lacrosse IQ needed to succeed.
Associate Head Coach / Program Director, FLG Lacrosse
Corey Winkoff is the Program Director of FLG Lacrosse, the program he has led since 2011. He brings Ivy League playing experience and a deep commitment to player development and college recruiting support to every team in the program.

FLG’s annual tuition covers the full year-round program — fall, winter, and spring/summer — including all practices, tournaments, speed & agility training, custom gear package, and recruiting support from our Girls Director of Recruiting.
No hidden fees. No separate tournament add-ons. Everything is included in your team tuition.

Christian Michaels, Goalie Coach & Director of Player Development, will train all our FLG goalies throughout the year. Not only will he offer exclusive on field goalie training, Christian will run seasonal goalie zoom sessions, connect our players with alumni mentors from the program, and attend practices throughout the year to further develop our goalies.
FLG has placed 70+ players into college programs since 2017 across all three NCAA divisions.
