About FLG

FLG Lacrosse is Long Island’s premier girls club lacrosse program, serving the Huntington area and surrounding communities since 2011. Founded on the belief that lacrosse is a vehicle for building exceptional people, FLG has grown into one of the most respected club programs in the Northeast — developing elite athletes, supporting the college recruiting process, and building lifelong character.

Our Mission

FLG Lacrosse is committed to building well-rounded studletes — athletes who excel on the field, in the classroom, and in their communities. Through lacrosse, FLG teaches leadership, teamwork, friendship, and work ethic. Off the field, FLG players are encouraged to give back through mentoring, charity, and community service.

Who We Are

FLG fields Girls Select Teams from kindergarten (Love Lax program) through 12th grade (Class of 2027), serving players of all skill levels who want to compete at their highest potential. Our program is based in the Huntington area of Long Island, New York, with practice and training sites at Destination KP in Kings Park and Town of Huntington Fields.
