The FLG 2027 Carolina is a competitive high-level select team for Class of 2027 athletes with serious college lacrosse aspirations. This program provides elite year-round training, college recruiting support, and the coaching credentials to help every player reach their full potential.

Randy brings a wealth of high-level coaching experience to the FLG 2027 Carolina program. He pushes players to elevate their game through demanding, skill-focused training while building the competitive toughness and character that define elite lacrosse players.
Jimmy Fernandez Assistant Coach
Jimmy brings extensive lacrosse knowledge and elite player development expertise to the 2027 Carolina program. His high-energy coaching style challenges athletes to push past their limits — developing the advanced skills and lacrosse IQ needed to compete and be recruited at the college level.
Coach Tori Assistant Coach
Coach Tori brings energy, elite technical skill, and an intense player development philosophy to the FLG 2027 Carolina team. She focuses on unlocking each player’s full athletic potential, pushing every athlete to raise their standard and compete at the highest level.

*All goalies who make an FLG select team will receive a custom Cascade goalie helmet with decals and throat guard
Lisa Christiansen, former USA goalie coach and long time collegiate/high school varsity coach, will train all our FLG goalies throughout the year. Not only will she offer exclusive on field goalie training, Lisa will run season goalie zoom sessions, connect our girls with alumni mentors from the program, and attend practices throughout the year to further develop our goalies.
FLG has placed 70+ players into college programs since 2017 across all three NCAA divisions.
