FLG 2027 White Girls Select Team
The FLG 2027 White is a high-level select team for Class of 2027 players committed to excellence on and off the field. This program combines rigorous skill development, elite coaching, and direct college recruiting support to help every athlete maximize their potential and earn the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.
Christian Michaels
Head Coach / Director of Player Development
Christian is a 2x USILA All-American goalkeeper, 2025 ECC Goalkeeper of the Year, and Molloy University’s all-time program leader in career saves. He is a 4x All-Conference selection and 2025 ECC Conference Champion. Christian is also Co-Founder of Supreme Lacrosse Academy and an assistant coach for St. Anthony’s Girls Varsity. Tim McCabe
Assistant Coach
Tim brings elite lacrosse coaching experience and an intense passion for developing serious athletes to the FLG 2027 White program. He demands high standards in every session — sharpening technical skills, building competitive instincts, and helping every player unlock their maximum potential.

Goalies
*All goalies who make an FLG select team will receive a custom Cascade goalie helmet with decals and throat guard

Lisa Christiansen, former USA goalie coach and long time collegiate/high school varsity coach, will train all our FLG goalies throughout the year. Not only will she offer exclusive on field goalie training, Lisa will run season goalie zoom sessions, connect our girls with alumni mentors from the program, and attend practices throughout the year to further develop our goalies.

FLG has placed 70+ players into college programs since 2017 across all three NCAA divisions.
