Every goalie who makes an FLG Select Team receives a custom Cascade goalie helmet with FLG decals and throat guard — because elite development starts with looking and feeling the part.
📅 Dedicated On-Field Sessions
Fall: 4+ dedicated goalie training sessions
Winter: 8 indoor goalie training sessions
Spring/Summer: 6+ goalie training sessions
💻 Seasonal Zoom Sessions
Christian Michaels runs seasonal Zoom development sessions dedicated to goalie IQ — film study, positioning, communication, and mental approach to the position.
🤝 Alumni Mentorship Network
FLG goalies are connected with alumni who have played at the collegiate level — real players who have been through the recruiting process and can offer perspective and support.
Your Coach: Christian Michaels
Christian Michaels joined FLG in 2023 and serves as Goalie Coach & Director of Player Development. He is also an Assistant Coach at St. Anthony’s High School Girls Varsity — one of the most successful girls lacrosse programs in the country, with recent perfect, national championship-winning seasons.
