The FLG 2038 is a competitive select team for Class of 2038 players looking to develop their skills and compete at a high level. This program focuses on building strong lacrosse fundamentals, teamwork, and the love of the game that will serve players for years to come.

Jess brings excellent coaching experience and a passion for developing young lacrosse players. She creates a positive, competitive environment where athletes build their skills and confidence on and off the field.

Tim brings strong lacrosse knowledge and enthusiasm for youth development to the FLG 2038 program. He focuses on building strong fundamentals and a love for the game in every athlete.

FLG’s annual tuition covers the full year-round program — fall, winter, and spring/summer — including all practices, tournaments, speed & agility training, custom gear package, and recruiting support from our Girls Director of Recruiting.

Christian Michaels, Goalie Coach & Director of Player Development, will train all our FLG goalies throughout the year. Not only will he offer exclusive on field goalie training, Christian will run seasonal goalie zoom sessions, connect our players with alumni mentors from the program, and attend practices throughout the year to further develop our goalies.
FLG has placed 70+ players into college programs since 2017 across all three NCAA divisions.
