Introduce the game in a fun, positive, and confidence-building environment while developing fundamental skills
📅 Program Structure
- Year-round: Fall, Winter, Spring/Summer
- 8–10 sessions per season
- Consistent, engaging development

- Outdoor: Cold Spring Harbor
- Indoor: North Shore Sports (Northport)

The FLG Pathway
Love Lax is the beginning of the FLG journey. Players who develop through Love Lax are naturally positioned to join FLG Select Teams as they grow — with access to year-round training, recruiting support, and 70+ college commits since 2017.
