Carolyn Sumcizk-Morales enters her fifth year of coaching with FLG. She first began coaching following her collegiate lacrosse career at Marist, where she helped the red foxes to their first NCAA tounament. Cold Spring Harbor senior, Will Spehr, has committed to play both football and lacrosse at Middlebury College next year. The midfielder from Lloyd Harbor, NY is a member of FLG’s 2021 team and plans to take his talents to Vermont in the fall.
FLG’s boy’s 2023 Coach and former midfielder, Tim Holman, graduated from Hofstra in 2010. He now focuses his lacrosse knowledge from the sidelines, coaching both FLG and Holy Trinity High School’s varsity team.

Jessica Volpe is FLG’s newest coaching addition for the girl’s 2028 team. After playing varsity lacrosse and track in high school, Volpe played Division I women’s lacrosse for Stony Brook. SBU has one of the best women’s lacrosse programs in the country. After graduating, Volpe began her professional career in the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League.
