This is an interview feature with some of the best attackmen in the Class of 2022. Below are your attackmen for the FLG 2022 Boys team, included is player’s high school, intended major, what makes these players unique, three words to describe themselves, and highlight videos.

The praise for Ithaca College was very high from juniors Drew Turner and Conor Caizza. Both raved about their experiences at Ithaca, and the common denominator in both of their experiences was head coach, Jeff Long. 

Finding the balance of academics and athletics for collegiate athletes is never easy. The recruiting process can be overwhelming for some. However, for Alexa Ritchie, a senior from  Ithaca, the stars just seemed to align with her college decision. 

There are many factors in deciding on where to commit to play college lacrosse. The factors range from the talent of the team, coaches, campuses, location, and academics. For Tess Ferguson, her decision was the latter. She chose Ithaca college not only to compete for a national championship but for academics as well. 

The college recruiting process can be an overwhelming but exciting time for prospective athletes. Every athlete has a different approach to the recruiting process, but for Kleberg, the approach was simple. She was going to visit every school she was recruited to. 

Nothing has been normal since the COVID-19 pandemic began in mid-March. Much of daily activities have changed. The same goes for the recruiting journey of Junior Long-Pole Defenseman, Brendan Staub. The 2022 Cornell commit, like many in his class, experienced a unique recruiting experience.
